    Road Tours: DEED Plans Visits to 11 Minnesota Communities

    It’s that time of year again. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) is going back on the road this summer to meet with its partners around the state. Knowing the importance of employment, particularly the Extended Employment Program for People with a Serious Mental Illness (EE-SMI), all NAMI members are encouraged to attend and voice your support for this program and the need for more employment programs.

    Mental Helath Family Support Group
    Monday, July 5, 2010 - 6:30pm - 8:00pm

    This support group is for individuals 18 years and older who are family members of, or care about someone, who has a mental health disorder. Meetings are held in a casual and confidential environment. There are no registration fees or enrollment obligations. For registration information contact Sarah at (507) 530-7770. Please call ahead if you plan to attend. Drop-ins are also welcome. Western Mental Health Center, 818 Prentice Street, in Granite Falls.
