WARM LINES

We have volunteer positions available on our Twin Cities WarmLines. Trainings start soon! If you are interested in this exciting and rewarding opportunity, please call CSN main office at 651-637-2800 × 211

These confidential phone lines are answered by our knowledgeable and compassionate staff — people who have first-hand experience dealing with mental health issues.

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health challenges, call one of our WarmLines. Whether you’re calling for support or information, or just to talk about what’s important to you, we can answer your questions, provide you with local referrals and take the time to listen to your concerns.

WarmLines are free, and you do not have to give us your name. We understand that everyone experiences mental health issues in different ways. Wherever you are on your journey is where we’ll meet you.

WarmLines are not meant to take the place of crisis lines or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
