WARMLINES

We hear you loud and clear!

Warmlines are confidential anonymous phone lines (not crisis lines) answered by peers (persons with a psychiatric diagnosis) professionally trained to provide support. Our warmliners are trained to connect with, share, provide support, hope, and a listening ear for peers in times of stress, uncertainty, if you need someone to truly understand your struggle that has “been there before” or if you need a local resource or referral. Our warmlines are dedicated to providing anonymity, individual choice, empowerment, transformation, and promoting wellness and recovery.

If you or someone you know is looking for support around a mental health experiences call one of our Warmlines. Whether you’re calling for support or information, or just to talk about what’s important to you, we can answer your questions, provide you with local referrals and take the time to listen to your concerns.

CSN Warmlines are free, and you do not have to give us your name. We understand that everyone experiences mental health issues in different ways. Wherever you are on your journey is where we’ll meet you.

Warmlines are not meant to take the place of crisis lines or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
